About"Moe anthropomorphism (萌え擬人化, moe gijinka) is a form of anthropomorphism where moe qualities are given to non-human beings, objects, concepts, or phenomena."
What are Nation-tans, exactly? In short, they are cute little anthropomorphic depictions of... actual countries (especially during World War II).
What does that mean "Nation Slash" is? Why, their relationships might be like if they existed as a neighborhood or family of misbehaving boys, of course.
This bizarre fantasy was sparked by the increasing following of a tongue-in-cheek Japanese web comic called "Axis Power Hetalia," where the personalities and looks of the Nation-tans were first established.
